I have been doing live sound for around 32 years or so. I have two degrees in sound and have a small mobile 2 track studio. I have a 16 channel Soundcraft Digital UI 16 Board and am set up to do live sound with the equipment that I have. The studio I use studio one and have a Blue Spark Mic for your vocals.
